Landscape Technician I – $16–$18/hour

• 0–1 years of landscaping experience.

• Performs mowing, edging, blowing and trimming.

• Performs mulching, weeding and basic planting.

• Operates basic landscape equipment.

• Works under direct supervision of a crew leader.

• Must demonstrate reliability and willingness to learn.

Landscape Technician II – $18.50–$21/hour

• 2–4 years of landscaping experience.

• Performs all Technician I duties independently.

• Operates commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers and other equipment.

• Performs pruning, planting, bed maintenance and landscape installations.

• Understands proper mowing heights and basic plant care.

• Can operate a landscape truck and trailer.

• Helps train and direct entry-level technicians.

Landscape Technician III – $21.50–$25/hour

• 4+ years of landscaping experience.

• Advanced knowledge of landscape maintenance and horticulture.

• Performs landscape installations and more complex maintenance tasks.

• Identifies plant health problems and recommends solutions.

• Operates all landscape equipment, trucks and trailers.

• Can independently manage a small maintenance crew.

• Maintains quality standards and communicates professionally with customers.
